The house is coming along!
This is the view from the living room into the entrance of our master bedroom.
We are absolutely IN LOVE with the floors. I am so glad we went with these.
The kitchen is also coming together nicely. It was one of the hardest decisions to go with the full tile back splash but again, pat on the back for the Lloyds. They look awesome!
The tile looks almost blue in this picture, but I assure you it's a light grey like above.
(pretend these are real marble counter tops too.)
That will be in our next house :)
That open spot will be for our amazing fridge that I am so excited about.
We are going to get us a NICE fridge!
Recommendations??
The breakfast bar still needs to be finished and we will be hanging pendant lights from the top eventually. This is the view from the living room.
(glue bottle not included in the house)
The baseboards will also be installed soon and just send this room ova-the-top.
Dishwasher
A necessary evil.
Empty spot for stove/oven & microwave.
This is our master bath counter and back splash to match the tile shower.
This is our "heaven".
Our walk in tile shower.
Can you feel the peacefulness?
We designed it to be peaceful. Quiet.
And a place to get yourself sparkly clean.
I am quite concerned though about not having a door.
My kids like to...pop in.
We will see.
I couldn't get around the corner as everything was still trying to set and I didn't want to mess it up.
I didn't see the tile guy, but he left a pack of smokes & he seems scary.
This is the girls bathroom.
Simple yet sophisticated.
Not too girly...but not super masculine either.
When it is totally finished is going to be gorgeous!
I really didn't take enough pictures. We go to the house so often I sometimes forget that I haven't taken pictures of the girls room, our bedroom or even the laundry room!
The problem is that usually by the time we get up there at the end of the day it is already dark and we are looking at the house with our flashlights. Which, is less than ideal but the girls LOVE it. They run around the house with their flashlights like the crazy girls they are.
Get us in by Christmas, construction Gods. Please!
