These are my constant and daily thoughts. I have a simple mind.
I can never get enough of this...
Therefore, I still need this/these...
What am I gunna do when the baby comes??!!! Eeekk!!

It is officially summer 'round these parts! And, it is hot. It's really hot!
Last night at one of Kris' softball games I was feeling pretty uncomfortable. Despite having my comfy chair and a blanket behind my back for added support, I felt pregnant. It was 8pm and still really hot. In one of my many attempts to get comfortable I put my left foot up on my right knee and noticed my once cute little ankles had disappeared again. This isn't the best picture, but it should give you an idea.
Maybe it was the "natural cut fries with sea salt" from Wendy's that I had at lunch?
*Slap forehead and think -watch your salt intake woman!*
I know. Belly picture coming soon. By the time we got home last night I just wanted to take all my clothes off and sit in front of a fan...TMI?

Ok, wait....what the heck is a Rutabaga??????? (it's this baby just too adorable!)
Well, whatever this thing is...it is about the size of baby girl this week! And let me tell you, I can sure feel the growth. I can feel her simultaneously kick/punch/booty bump all the way at the top of my belly right below my right rib and down at the bottom left of my belly. We can even now feel "hard spots" along my belly and if you push in a little she will just push ya right on back. Such an odd & wonderfully alien-like feeling!
Remember that tear jerker post a little while back about missing my family?? Well, I finally did something about it! Kris gave me the go-ahead to purchase plane tickets for us BOTH to go visit everyone in San Diego over the 4th of July weekend! Not a very long trip, but certainly over due!
Originally I thought we should go to the beach...but then I thought to myself about the horror of putting on a swim suit in public and quickly changed my mind. We will go to the Del Mar Fair and spend quality time with the people I love most. I can't wait for them to meet the love of my life (finally) and feel baby girl kicking! I want baby girl to hear everyone's voices that she hasn't heard yet. She must roll her eyes sometimes out of the constant annoyance of my voice. It has to get irritating! She needs something new and fresh in her life!
I was running
Love ya you little rutabaga you.
**Sorry for the terrible lighting! It was 11pm by the time I took this picture last night and my phone battery was so low it wouldn't use the flash!**
A local kids consignment store is unfortunately going out of business here in Boise therefore needing to get rid of all their stuff! All their clothes were $1!!
Look at all the stuff I got for $24.
3 zip up hoodies
3 jackets
1 dress
2 bloomers
2 pants
1 skirt
1 shorts
2 sweaters
7 onsies
2 shirts
If you count all that up it equals 25 items...that doesn't add up now does it! Well, it's because one of the shirts came with matching bloomers. What a steal!
The owner informed me she had a lot more winter stuff she was putting out Thursday and Friday and that I should come back. I told her she would probably be seeing me :)
Lovin getting clothes for this baby girl!
Wow! I got my belly picture up before I got my weekly email regarding the size of the baby! I am SO on top of it this week. I think it's because I am feeling good and energized! I think I am in the stage of pregnancy that I hear about where you feel your best.
I went to physical therapy this morning to try and relive my sciatic nerve pain. We did a lot of stretches and I got a deep tissue massage on my left butt cheek. At first I wanted to be embarrassed, but honestly it felt so good my red face just faded away. Even when he put pressure on my tail bone...yep...it felt wonderful and I don't even care to admit it!
Fortunately, I haven't been in much pain lately! The last week or so has been pretty darn good (not including my emotions). Thank you baby girl for giving me a break!
Here is my picture from this mornin'.
We had a garage sale this weekend along with Kris' parents and made some good money! It was a lot of work (mostly for Kris' mom since she wouldn't let me do much) but luckily we got rid of a lot (and seriously, there was a ton of stuff at this garage sale) of old stuff! It surprises me what stuff people will buy.
Example:
I bought some new tires about two or three months ago and got a box of "FREE BEEF" with my purchase. It came with a bunch of beef jerky and a big summer sausage. We don't really eat that kinda stuff and it somehow got into the garage sale pile. Well, we set it out with a $3 sign on it thinking NO ONE in their right mind would buy a box that was clearly marked "FREE BEEF". Well...it took some time but late Saturday afternoon a man came and bought the FREE BEEF with a little strategic bargaining on his end walked away with it for $2!! I am sure he thought he was getting a steal. Little did he know I had to spend over $200 for the stickin' box of FREE BEEF!
Oh well...one man's trash/junk/seriously weird stuff is another man's treasure!
Garage sales are fun even just to meet your crazy fellow man.
